Every Learner is Different | Paul’s Story
Paul lives in the South East with his wife and 2 children, and he is currently buying a house in France to renovate.
Life before Brooks and Kirk
Paul has spent many years working with and managing apprentices, and wanted to upskill and gain knowledge for future challenges.
Finding Brooks and Kirk
Paul was initially referred to Brooks and Kirk by an employer we have a large cohort with at Activate Learning. This was how Paul knew to come back to us to complete our exclusive End-Point Assessment course.
Paul said that the training can fit around his busy lifestyle, and felt that he is using the knowledge and skills picked up during his training with us in his professional life, especially with the new qualifications he is now working with.

Clear and concise instructions and support when needed. Excellent training company will definitely use them again.
Life after the Assessor Course
Currently Paul is employed as a Data Centre Technician, and he also has his own training company where he facilitates technical training to leading companies! He also works with Apprentices for awarding bodies such as City & Guilds and EAL.
Paul has also taken on the new T Level qualification with City & Guilds, which will see him working closely with young people to help them onto their journey in engineering.
