Everything You Need Is Included
This is the most important difference between Brooks and Kirk and many other CAVA and IQA providers. It’s worth understanding clearly before you commit anywhere.
To complete the CAVA qualification, you must assess two real learners. To complete the IQA qualification, you must quality assure real assessors. Without access to these people, you cannot finish the course — regardless of how much you’ve studied.
Many providers don’t include this access in their course fee. Some don’t tell you this upfront at all. So learners pay for a qualification they can’t complete, because they have no way of finding the learners or assessors they need.
At Brooks and Kirk, we provide access to learners and assessors as part of your course fee. Nothing extra to arrange, nothing extra to pay. Everything you need to complete your qualification is included from day one.
Transparent, Inclusive Pricing
The price you see when you enrol is the price you pay. No hidden fees, no surprise extras, no add-ons partway through your course.
- CAVA: £795 in full, or £895 on instalments (£50 deposit)
- AET: £395 in full, or £495 on instalments (£50 deposit)
- IQA Award: £825 in full, or £925 on instalments (£100 deposit)
- Lead IQA: £975 in full, or £1,075 on instalments (£200 deposit)
We also accept PayPal Pay in 3 for those paying online. If you have questions about payment, our team will always give you a straight answer.
Unlimited Tutor Support
When you study with Brooks and Kirk, you have access to dedicated tutor support throughout your course. You’re not left to work through materials alone and wait days for a response.
Our tutors are experienced professionals who know the qualifications inside out. They’re available to answer questions, review your work, and help you stay on track — however long it takes and however many questions you have.

Fully Regulated Qualifications
All Brooks and Kirk qualifications are nationally accredited and listed on the Ofqual Register of Regulated Qualifications. This means your qualification is officially recognised by employers, awarding bodies, and industry organisations across the UK.
Some providers offer non-regulated or bespoke courses that aren’t on the framework. These may look similar on the surface — but they don’t carry the same weight with employers, and they may not qualify you to do the work you’re training for.

Fully Online and Flexible
All our courses are delivered entirely online. There are no set class times, no fixed start dates, and no requirement to attend in person. You study at your own pace, around your existing job, family, and commitments.
Most of our students study whilst working full time — fitting in an hour or two in the evenings or at weekends. Because there’s no rigid timetable, your study fits around your life rather than the other way around.
