The CPD for Assessors course bundle includes two courses: one accredited course and one verified CPD course. The accredited course is the Level 3 Award in Understanding the Principles and Practice of Assessment. This Level 3 UPPA course is ideal if you are a fully qualified assessors already, but require some CPD to refresh your knowledge.
Then we have the CPD course, the Award in End-Point Assessment. This course was designed in-house by the Brooks and Kirk team after the apprenticeship reform. Our exclusive EPA course covers everything you need to confidently apply for a position within the EPA sector. It will teach you the difference between the role of an On-Programme/NVQ Assessor and an IEPA.
With both of these qualifications on top of your outdated assessor qualifications, you’ll be more than prepared to get back into an assessing career. Or, take the next step into becoming an Internal Quality Assurer.

Unit 1 – Understanding the Principles and Practices of Assessment

This unit is completed through a Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) provided by Brooks and Kirk, the training provider. The VLE offers a variety of educational resources, such as videos and learning materials, to support learners in their assignments. Additionally, learners have access to unlimited tutor support, ensuring they receive guidance and assistance throughout the unit.
