Derek and his wife Pam own and run their locksmith services and training centre in St Helens, Merseyside and surrounding areas.
Life before Brooks and Kirk
Derek and Pam wanted to their business to become a Highfield Awards Training Centre, so that they could offer a Level 3 Diploma in Commercial Locksmiths and Security.
Finding Brooks and Kirk
After not having a good experience with another training organisation undergoing his Award in Education and Training, Derek was very careful in choosing which training company to do his assessors qualification with. Derek found out about us via our website, and the fact that we are family owned & run, and we provide access to learners helped make his decision. However, Derek says it was only after speaking with Dan Kirk and asking numerous questions that his decision was made.

Life after the Assessor Course
Derek and Pam’s locksmith training centre is now a Highfield Qualifications Approved Training Centre, which has opened up more opportunities for the future.
