If you’re thinking of starting your own bespoke, accredited, or government-funded training provider, or if you are already running one but a problem has been identified, Brooks and Kirk can help you.
Step One
Are you and your staff appropriately trained?
If you’re thinking about starting your own accredited training provider, your team will need at least one fully qualified Lead Internal Quality Assurer, and one fully qualified Assessor. These must be separate entities, though you as the business owner can be one of them.
Both Internal Quality Assurer and Assessor will need to have occupational competence in the area you intend your training company to be delivering qualifications.

Step Three
Pay-as-you-go Educational Consultancy
Once you have had your Initial Consultation, our Consultant will be able to offer support in the form of advice and guidance, or a more hands-on approach with specific targeted interventions, staff training, or workshops.
Our simple pay-as-you-go pricing structure means you only pay for our help and advice when you actually need it. All of our work is covered by a Non-Disclosure agreement, so you can be assured of the strictest commercial confidence.
We can charge on a day rate basis for issues that require ongoing support, or alternatively a fixed price for a particular intervention or piece of work.
