Can I use the work I submit to count towards completion of my full course?
Yes you can. If you choose to go ahead with enrolling onto our full course, then we will use the work that you submit to evidence criteria from both your Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (CAVA) and the Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET).
Is my free trial really free?
Yes. Unlike most free trials which automatically charge you after your free trial has expired, we will just let you know that your free trial has ended. No strings attached.
How long does my free trial last for?
10 Days. Your free trial will begin from the moment you complete the enrolment form. Don’t worry if you completely forget about our free trial after enrolling, we will send you two reminder emails; one when you are halfway through and a second when you are 2 days away your free trial expiry date.
Is there any assistance available for familiarising myself with the demo online learning system?
There certainly is. On the home page of the demo online learning system you will find our ‘How to Use Our Demo Online Learning System’ walk-through video. This will guide you through the entire site. After watching our walk-through video you will know how to navigate your way around the site, access tasks, submit work, view feedback and re-submit work. If you still have any questions after watching the video then you can contact your dedicated online assessor.
Who can I contact if I have any queries regarding my free trial?
Your dedicated online assessor. You should automatically receive your online assessor’s contact details once you have enrolled onto the course.
Is my work marked by a human?
Yes. Your dedicated online assessor is a real person we can assure you that! No robots or pieces of software generating auto-responses. All the feedback you receive will be specific to you.
How long will it take me to receive feedback for the work I submit?
We endeavour to get work turned around within two working days for learners on our free trial.
How does the free trial compare with the full course?
The online learning environment is identical. One of the main benefits of the free trial is that you get the opportunity to familiarise yourself with the structure of the system. The only difference between the two sites are that one has all of the tasks for both courses and the other has limited access to tasks.

We need to know if you are based within the UK or not, so that we can advise you, if necessary, whether or our full course will be suitable for you.
