What happens once I’ve paid for the ACWE course?
For payments received before 4pm on a weekday, you will be sent your log in details the same day.
For payments received after 4pm on a weekday, Saturday or Sunday, you will be sent your log in details the next working day.
Once you have paid the registration fee, you will receive a phone call from a member of our team. If you make the payment before 4pm on a weekday, we will give you a call the same day. If it is after 4pm, we will call you the next working day.
During this phone call, we will agree on a direct debit plan that works best for you. We will then email you an instalment/credit agreement for you to sign. You can sign the contract on a computer, tablet or smartphone.
You will be sent your log in details after we have received payment AND you have signed the instalment agreement.
Regardless of how you choose to pay for the course, your log in details will be sent to you via email. These log in details are for our online learning system. Once you have received this email, you will be able to log in to your account as per the instructions within the email, and begin your course.
You will be required to complete a short Induction before you can get started on your course work.
A couple of days after you have received your log in details, you will receive a call from a member of the Brooks and Kirk team. They will welcome you to the course and arrange any assistance you need going forward. You will be able to contact your tutors for course support any time during their working hours.
For Instalment Payers
What will my overall course fee be?
City & Guilds/Pearson Edexcel: After your £50 registration payment, your remaining balance will be £525. This balance can be paid over a maximum of 12 equal monthly payments.
SFJ Awards: After your £50 registration payment, your remaining balance will be £475. This balance can be paid over a maximum of 12 equal monthly payments.
Once your final task has been marked as complete, you will receive confirmation from our Quality Assurance team that you have finished your course. If you have paid for the course in full, you will be certificated and the certification process can begin. It takes around 6 weeks for us to claim your course with the awarding body, the awarding body to send us your certificate, and for us to then send the certificate to you.
However, if you are paying for the course in instalments and have not cleared your outstanding balance, we will not be able to release your certificate until your full course fee has been paid. At this point, it is your choice as to weather you would like to pay your course fee off early or wait for your Direct Debit to run its course. We will contact you to discuss these options with you upon completion of your course.
